Colourful card.

Good morning to you all, no sun today guess 3 days on the run was abit much to expect.
never mind todays card is quite bright so am making up for it, hee.

Told you it was very bright....The image is from Penny black coloured with my promarkers, I decided to colour the pot Marine blue to blend with the colours on the card, you can get so many pretty pots for your garden now didn't think it looked out of place.

The papers were a freebie from a craft mag byKate knight, The Ribbion was round a cake from my daughters birthday (yes I did wash it!).

I love the brad not sure who its by but got a multi pack from QVC, there all flowers but difrent colour pearls in the middle.

A marianne creatable die cut in lavender glitter card , took a close up pic as not sure it stood out in the main photo. That goes for the brad too.

cup full of memories.

Good morning to you all, another sunny one here in Essex,although frost is on the ground this morning.
So onto the card for today.
This card is for a friend of my daughters, they have been friends since they were 5, now both have children of there own.

The stamp is from LOTV coloured in with my promarkers,
cut out with my nesties square frames, and stickles star dust added to the edges.
Used embosing frame swiss dots for background and the sentiment was a mixture of stamps. the of is handwritten.
Lace, ribbion and paper roses from my stash finish off the card., I'm not sure if I should've left off the lace and just had the embossed background at opp ends with the ribbion and roses.

Wishes do come true.

Good afternoon shh dont want to say it to loud but the SUN is out today.
Todays card almost makes me think spring is here......

I love this very cheeky house mouse stamp, Those birds look totally confused!!! Coloured with promarkers and cut out useing nesties fleur de lis squares. Which I had to do repair work to as didn't come out very cleanly so stuck to card with tacky glue so could stick broken bits back into place.
The backing papers are old Bo bunny ones.
The sentiments are both penny black stamps. which are raised with 3D foam .
Peel offs and small paper roses finish the card off.

Pearls and lace with a hint of fragrance.

Good afternoon all,
Todays card is very girly girl all pink  lace and pearls.
I so enjoyed making it.

The stamp is from Penny black called Embrace.
coloured with promarkers greys and pinks.
The rose embossed paper is from carol wilson as is the flower and frame I distressed with spun sugar Ink round the edges of card and frame. and although not seen much the card behind the frame was white but distressed with victorian velvet.( so just a touch deeper colour.)
There is peel offs borders down one side and at the bottom of card lace and a pearl swirl (butterfly)
add to the overall cuteness of the card.
I found the text in a forever friends 3d sticker set I had and throught it said it all really.

Love and Kisses

Happy valentines day everyone,
hope you've been blessed by someone who loves you.
 My card today is one that I hope makes you smile.

I love this stamp from Penny black its in the T for transparent Hugs set, its so cute.
I coloured it with promarkers and added stickles star dust to the petals to make them sparkle.
I matted with cream card and my nesties Lables 3.
The border punch is craft to you sorry cant remember the name of the design.
The smile text came from Papermania rose garden paper pad although didnt use the papers on the card.
They came from mme and Daisy & dandelion ( Bramble and Hawthron ) pack.
Card finished off with flowers from woc, ribbion, pearls and gems from my stash.

Hubbys valentine card.

Evening to you all,
todays card is a valentine card for my dear hubby who has put up with my crafting madness for 27 yrs now.
I'm entering it in Lils little fairies challenge where it was a sketch by Jacque.

I have taken the sketch and made it into a tent fold card. The stamp is Love is in the little things I've coloured in with promarkers. The dolie is a Marianne creatable die.
The backing paper is from pink petticoat and I think the red is from hunkydory ( it was a free gift with some sets I got)
  The red heart is free drawn (so dont look to closely then you wont see how crooked it is!!!) embossed with swiss dots folder.  Edged with self addisive felt lace.
The text was cut with circles nestie and put into a sizzix frame circle scallop.
   The flowers : roses are w.o.c. and the small red ones are from stash.
Finished with black pearls.
I hope he like it.

Purple and Grey

Good morning all, Todays card is for the Passion for promarkers blog,
Its a colour challenge you have to make a card useing Purple and Grey.
You can use skin and hair colour but no others except the above.

The stamp I used was Kandan 's Belle femme, Stamped in memento London fog to carry the grey theme a little further, coloured in with promarkers the 4 main colours being Orchid, purple, cool grey 4 and warm grey 2. Ivory and blush for the skin,  I used silver (another kind of grey) stickles to highlight the feathers and glittery bits on her dress.
I used nesties scallop octagans and distressed the edges with victorian velvet ink. As was the text.
Wouldn't be me without some bling and flowers to finish the card off.
    I loved this challenge as I wouldn't normaly go for colours like this I'm a pastel or Autumnal colour girl,
so was something diffrent for me. Thank you P for P.

Wishing it was Spring!!!

Good afternoon as I'm blogging have a really sore throat so have finished some cards that I started afew days ago.

Now onto the card,

The colours I chose were Lemon and green, with a touch of gold.
The backing papers are from K&CO spring I used Marianne creatables for the frame and fence and little bird. The bird is surpose to be a blue tit as when I see them I know spring is nearly here,but this year they seem to have been around all winter. I saw a couple of them only this morning. and we still have lots of snow around.
anyway back to the card. I coloured the LOTV stamp with my promarkers useing green and gold as my main colours.
      The  flowers are from Petaloo with a gem added to the middle, lastly a best wishes text  finishes off the card.

A special daughter.

My 2nd post of today, Because of all the snow Just want to stay at home and craft.

But befour I get onto my card want to share this photo of my youngest daughter (auntie) and oldest grandaughter and the snowman they built today,

So now the card I've kept with the Lavender and green colour theme my first card was, the backing papers are from carol wilson as is the embossed base card and violet flowers on the card.
Iv'e coloured the Tilda image with my beloved promarkers. The border punch is marther stewart.
The nesties are lables 13 and the corner is sizzex corner florish no 2 I think, flowers are from my statsh, and a foam heart withTo My daughter with love text.
I'm going to give it to her when I see her tomorrow I hope she likes it.

Penny Black challenge

Good morning all, Its a very white morning here in Essex.  After hearing about snow in the rest of the uk,we had nothing.
Then last night it started vey fine snowfall, but woke this morning and must be at least 3 inches thick.
So staying indoors and going to have a crafting day....yippeeee.
        Now onto my card its for the penny black saturday challenge. Some amazing D.T cards, The challenge set by Debby was to case her card check it out here,http://pennybfriendssaturdaychallenge.blogspot.com/

Now onto my card.

I used the layout of Debbys card, the Penny black stamp used is an old fave of mine called Descent. I coloured it with promarkers choseing a Lavender and green clour theme.
The backing papers are from old stock I had Country Diary and DCWV.
I used nesties fleur de lis rectangles  I layed with lavender card stock, the fence was a Marianne creatable die.
The flowers are foam ones I had in my stash.  I added a butterfly and ribbions to my card.
  well off to make another card now have a fab day everyone and stay safe in this snow.
