Monning everyone, my card today has the theme of knitting/sewing.
I'm entering it in 2 challenges the firest challenge ishttp://stampinsistersinchrist.blogspot.com/2010/05/challenge-37-psalm-13913.html
Stamping sisters in christ challenge 37. which is centered around Plasm 139.13.
You created my inmost being you knit me together in my mothers womb.I praise you, I'm fearfully and wonderfully made. You had to make a card with sewing or knitting in it.
The other challenge ishttp://justmagnolia.blogspot.com/
Just magnolia challenge week 53. Where I followed a sketch by Bev.
The card.
I used a rusty colourd card for my base card, then used K&co papers Lifes journey paper which I've had in my craft box it seems forever.
I faux stiched around the edge then paper rolled the middle sheet and distressed with wild honey ink.
Lemon ribbion across the middle.
Magnolia stamp girl with basket couloured in with pro markers on oval white card.
Ivory and blush for face, pink carnation for cheeks.
Hair was buttercup, tulip yellow and gold,
Basket and shoes oatmeal and coco,
Clothes coral, peach, burnt orange and chestnut.
Finished off with some small wool balls and a charm.
Thank you for looking.
